We have some great news! All hearing aids purchased through Hearing Associates include the comprehensive program called Total Audiological Care or "TAC". This program includes a host of hearing aid services designed to provide consistent high quality performance from your hearing instruments. Custom-fit hearing aids are highly sophisticated devices. They require general maintenance and periodic adjustments to ensure that they consistently perform at optimal levels. Working together, we will keep you in the conversation for years to come.
Total Audiological Care offers you:
- Quarterly Cleanings
- Yearly Audiometric screenings
- Yearly hearing instrument evaluation
- Yearly hearing instrument reprogramming
- Batteries for the life of your hearing instruments (must be picked up at the office)
We are finding that frequent servicing of your hearing instruments in our office is directly related to less need for factory repair. So as a part of the TAC program, we are recommending a "clean and check" on a quarterly basis. There is no need to make an appointment for this service, you may come in during our new "walk in hours." In the Eugene office, these hours are 10:00 to 11:00 AM every day and in our Florence office, 10:00 to 11:00 AM Mondays and Thursdays. However, if you need time with an Audiologist, please continue to schedule an appointment.
This program insures that you will never have to buy another battery for the hearing instruments you purchase through Hearing Associates, as well as receiving all the other benefits of the TAC program.
If you have any questions, or if you did not purchase your hearing instruments through Hearing Associates and would like to purchase this program for your instruments, please call Hearing Associates in Eugene at 686-3505 or in Florence at 997-7617. We will send you an enrollment form.
